Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and review SOP for maintaining high standard to ensure smooth operations of processing store.
• Ensure preparation of budget and budgetary control for overall operations.
• Develop and implement proper guidance regarding store cleanliness, safety & security, optimum utilization of space and operating cost control.
• Monitor and ensure timely billing & receiving, credit & delivery and worksheet preparation.
• Act to be steadfast to analyze and take decisions to solve raw materials related issues by coordinating with concerned departments.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory against system records by conducting perpetual and annual physical verification of inventory and audit.
• Ensure the management of leftover stock, reduction sale and formulate the systems to manage defective materials.
• Correspond reports on different aspects and provide it to the concerned authorities.
• Manage and maintain product category wise system stock including stock profiles and stock locations.
• Provide leadership, guidance coaching, counseling and motivation to the team members in order to gain their optimum performance level and ready for next levels.

Educational Requirements

• Honours/Masters in from any reputed university.
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related subject will be given preference

Experience Requirements: 6-8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years
• At least 3 years experience in similar role.
• May have product knowledge with capacity of handling demand.
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, decision making and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Data Management etc.
• Must have good problem solving & decision making skill
